The FLIR FC-T2 thermal camera can monitor vehicles in a wider variety of conditions than traditional visible-light sensors. By detecting the heat of all objects in the scene, the FC-T2 operates in broad daylight or total darkness, poor weather and even light fog. Combined with FLIR’s vehicle presence detection boards, the FC-T2 makes a great solution for intersection traffic control.
